Richard Ridgway
The Ridgway name in real estate has a tradition that spans 100 years in Jackson and throughout Mississippi. Through four generations, the family and its business have contributed to the growth and development of the Mississippi landscape. Richard Ridgway continues the family tradition as an active player in the Jackson Metro Area, having recently participated in the development of Lakeland Commons Shopping Center in the northwest corner of Lakeland Drive and Old Fannin Road and currently the development of the Market Street at Flowood, just across Lakeland Drive in Flowood.

Mark Frascogna
Mark Frascogna is an experienced infrastructure developer having worked for more than 20 years in this field. His experience includes the project generation and development of gas and power infrastructure in three foreign countries. Several years ago, Mark joined Richard Ridgway to develop the Town of Lost Rabbit and has served as Member Manager of Lost Rabbit Development since its inception.

Clint Sumrall
As Director of Construction Services, Clint Sumrall oversees the construction of the infrastructure at Lost Rabbit, including utilities, roads and vertical construction—managing the builders and their projects. Clint is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Management & Land Development. Prior to joining Neopolis Development Group, Clint was a project manager for a home builder in the Madison-Ridgeland area. The unique nature of the Lost Rabbit project, its spectacular location and adherence to the principles of traditional neighborhood design attracted Clint and made him know he had to be part of bringing Lost Rabbit to life.
