Carrol F. Jackson began constructing homes in the Madison area over 25 years ago. Reaching such a benchmark is an accomplishment of which Carrol Jackson and his partner Randy Robertson, are very proud. While building custom homes for discerning homeowners in prestigious locations in Madison County—a pattern emerged. Home after beautiful home was situated on the rolling greens of golf course fairways. Eventually the Company changed its name from Carrol F. Jackson Homes, Inc. to Fairway Homes, Inc. A few years ago, Fairway was fortunate to be joined by Randy Robertson with experience in the window and door business and years of experience in building and plan design.
The designs and craftsmanship of Fairway Homes can be found in many of the major subdivisions in and around Madison and Ridgeland.
