Home construction well underway at Lost Rabbit

Phase One of Lost Rabbit is rapidly taking shape with more than a dozen homes under construction or permitted.

According to Mark Frascogna of Neopolis Development, Lost Rabbit should see as many as 25 homes under construction by this Summer. Home builders currently with houses under construction at Lost Rabbit are:

  • David A. Turner of Sustainable Construction Inc.,
  • Victor Smith Jr. of Anthemion Construction,
  • Dale Tate and Tom Steely of Mississippi Home Builders,
  • Jack McCabe of Sundance Homes LLC,
  • John Price Jr. of Acadian Builders,
  • Kevin Kerley of Spartan Homes of Jackson, and
  • Carrol Jackson and Randy Robertson of Fairway Homes, Inc.

The Lost Rabbit Show House and Sales Center, located on the corner of West Florida Blvd. and Mississippi Street, is a 4,500+ sq. ft. French Colonial
house designed by Barranco Architecture of Jackson, Ms. The house is being built by John Price Jr. of Acadian Builders. Show House suppliers include
Viking and Pella. Estimated completion date is July of this year.

The completion of Phase II lots, consisting of 78 new home sites, is expected this Summer. Lot types include: Large House, Mansion, Townhouse, Sideyard, Cottage, and three Work-Live.
