Lost Rabbit announces first Villa Condominium building
May 4, 2006
On May 4, Lost Rabbit Development, LLC announced the beginning of its first villa condominium being developed at the Town of Lost Rabbit.
The first villa condominium building, named D’Iberville Place, will be built on North Natchez Drive overlooking the water of the Ross Barnett Reservoir. D’Iberville Place is being designed by the architectural firm of Tolar Lebetard & Denmark of Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
“D’Iberville Place will be the first villa condominium of its type in the Jackson area,” said Mark Frascogna, developer of Lost Rabbit. “After having designed more than twenty-five homes at Rosemary Beach, Tolar Lebetard & Denmark was a logical choice to design our first luxury condominium at Lost Rabbit.”
The French colonial condominium building will consist of six units, ranging from two to three bedrooms, between 1864 and 2705 square feet, each with lower level parking and private elevators. Features include porches, a courtyard, and private balconies. Buyers will also secure a boat slip in the Lost Rabbit Marina. Prices for the villa condominiums will start in the $570s.
Lost Rabbit is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), located on 260 acres on the shores of the 33,000-acre Ross Barnett Reservoir in Madison County. Lost Rabbit was planned by the world-renowned town planners Duany-Plater Zyberk & Company (DPZ), the designers of TNDs around the world including Seaside and Rosemary Beach in Florida. Lost Rabbit offers fiber to the home technology representing the most advanced internet, voice, video and security technology available.
Construction on D’Iberville Place is expected to start this summer and completion of the building is expected in one year. The pre-sale of the condominium units will begin this May. For more information, please contact Lost Rabbit Sales Manager at (601) 420-8080.
